The Summit is a safe haven from the traffic, lights and noise — nestled in a natural setting — just miles from campus and downtown. The condominiums at The Summit of Athens offer a multitude of floor plans, located in serene woodlands, set high above the Classic City. We offer two and three bedroom flats that are the epitome of efficiency, without sacrificing luxury. There are also spacious, two level townhomes that come in both two and three bedroom varieties. Our spacious clubhouse overlooks the resort style pool and houses the leasing office as well as a comfortable sitting area, computer lab, fitness center, stadium seated movie theater, pool tables, working fire place and a covered rotunda.
